DO I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?

If you are a new guest, then no, as I do a special wash on your first visit regardless. Existing guests DO need to wash your hair the night before or the day of your appointment. If you wash the day of, DO NOT SCRUB your scalp at all; it potentially could cause irritation. I use Kevin Murphy color and it is extremely gentle. Product or a build up of your natural oils interfere with achieving optimal results. Some leave in conditioner or de-tangler is okay, but please do not apply styling products. If it is necessary for me to wash your hair before I begin your service, there will be an additional $30 fee.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCT IF I DON'T LOVE IT?

I want you to love and use any product you purchase from me. Product may be returned within 90 days of purchase for salon credit.

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN LOVE WITH THE RESULTS OF MY SERVICE?

If you feel the cut or color service you received needs a little shift, I am glad to make changes for you. Return within 2 weeks of the original service date. I will ensure I get you in and make the edits at no additional charge. If you received the results you wanted, but simply do not like the choice you made, you will be responsible for the cost to change. I do not offer refunds for hair service.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is a large parking lot at the building. 

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

I take all major credit cards and cash.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

I ask all new clients to pay 25% percent of your first appointment in advance. If you decide to cancel with at least 48 hours in advance, your payment will be refunded in full. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, please refer to my Cancellation Policy.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO MY APPOINTMENT?

I want to focus on you and your needs during your appointment. I don't want either of us to have our focus pulled in other directions. No kiddos, please.
