APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hour notice are subject to 50% fee of scheduled service.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice are subject to 100% fee of scheduled service.

CHANGES TO SERVICE:

Appointments are specifically scheduled with time to accommodate the service for which you are booked. Changes to your booking need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Why this matters:

  • If you want a different color service than what you are booked, it may require more time than has been allotted. Advanced notice will ensure you will receive all the service you want.

  • If you decide you only want a haircut and not receive the color service you are scheduled for, then I have no opportunity to fill that time.  This is equivalent to a no show for me. In these cases the above CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY applies.

  • I always want you to receive the service you want. If you are thinking about making a change, reach out and schedule a phone consultation. We can discuss your ideas and make necessary changes to your next appointment.

RUNNING LATE:

This challenge has been a two-way street. Please know that I have worked hard to create improved systems that address the factors that cause me to run late and will ensure I am on time for your appointment.

 

If you are running late to a scheduled appointment, please text me to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your service, but will require elimination of niceties (ex, no scalp massage, minimal styling). You will be charged for the full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In these cases, my “no show policy” applies.​​​

RE-DO POLICY:

If you feel the cut or color service you received needs a little shift, I am glad to make changes for you. Return within 2 weeks of the original service date, and I will ensure you get in so I can make the edits at no additional charge. If you received the results you wanted, but simply do not like the choice you made, you will be responsible for the cost to change. I do not offer refunds for hair service.
